CAPABILITIES We can machine numerous types or bar, plate, extrussion, tubing, forging, casting, etc. made of Steel (cres, carbon, inconel,...), Aluminum, Titanium, Magnesium, Brass, Beryllium Copper, etc. Computerized systems, production control techniques and modern equipment provide the company with the capability to perform services such as milling, turning, assemblies... Manufacturing operations are downloaded directly to the machines from the computer. Our integrated computerized system has the following capabilities, among others, tracking, purchasing, production control, inventory control.  With our CAM system, Cardic Machine has the capability to read and translate cad files, such as IGES, Solid Works and the most common CAD systems.  Secondary operations, such as plating, chemical processing, grinding, non destructive testing, heat treating, etc. are handled by our certified and experienced subcontractors.  |
