Calvin Crockett – Vice President of Operations

After completing High School in 1974, I began my career in the machining industry by serving a 4 year apprenticeship program with Circle Seal Corporation.  Upon completion of my 4 year training and learning all aspects of Tool and Die equipment and how to correctly use them, I advanced into the field of CNC machining in 1979 learning how to program and operate CNC machines of that day.

I bring to Cardic 39 years of Tool and Die experience from Jig and Fixture design and build to extremely close tolerances gages using my skills developed through my many years of machining.  24 years ago I began to program CNC mills and lathes.  I’ve spent the last 15 years working on 4-5axis machining centers from small to very large multiple head machining centers.  My long years of experience have allowed me the ability to design and plan for the production of high tolerance complex machined parts.
